Made from chicken: Hydrated extruded vegetables (38%) [water, flour mix (11.4%) (soy, rice and bean)], chicken (31%), toasted corn, sunflower oil, soy protein, salt, wheat flour, chickpea flour, liquid seasoning (spirit vinegar, molasses, barley malt vinegar, water, sugar, tamarind, salt, anchovies, onion, garlic, spices, flavourings), seasoning [spices, sweet paprika, onion, garlic and antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)], tomato and beetroot [beetroot juice concentrate, maltodextrin and acidifier (citric acid)].
May contain traces of sulfites, milk, egg, mustard, celery, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the Flexinuggets for 10 minutes on each side.
Fry the Flexinuggets in plenty of oil at 180°C for two and a half minutes.
