Innovative product based on a balance between vegetable and animal protein. It has a low total fat and saturated fat content, high nutritional value and is a source of fibre. Deep-frozen product with a long shelf life.


Made from pre-fried beef: Hydrated extruded vegetables (50 %) [water, flour mix (15%) (soy, rice and bean)], beef (45%), soy protein, salt, soy sauce (water, soy, wheat and salt), seasoning [spices, sweet paprika, onion, garlic and antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)], beetroot powder [beetroot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, acidifier (citric acid)], wheat flour and sunflower oil.

May contain traces of sulfites, milk, egg, mustard, celery, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

Cooking Instructions


Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the Flexiballs for 10 minutes on each side.


Fry the Flexiballs in plenty of oil at 180°C for two and a half minutes.
